Meetings and dining.

Villa de Duinen offers 2 exclusive rooms that catch the daylight and have been fitted with French doors. Both rooms are suitable for meetings and dinner parties.
The Eerste Kamer (First Chamber) is suitable for meetings up to a maximum of 16 people. The Serre (Conservatory) is suitable for meetings up to a maximum of 8 people.
Parties of up to 6 people can dine à la carte in the restaurant. For larger parties, we offer the Villa menu (a surprise menu), or a set menu composed in advance. We will gladly send you our menu suggestions and wine list on request.

“All-in” meeting package:

• meeting room from 8:00am – 5:00pm; room has French doors and catches the daylight
• coffee/tea/ice water/biscuits/mints/pens/notepads
• fresh coffee from our Nespresso coffee machines; no pots of filter coffee served
• flipchart with felt-tipped pens (other equipment on request)
• in the Eerste Kamer: an LCD screen is available; laptops can be directly connected to the screen.
• in the Serre: a projection screen is available; overhead projector on request
• deluxe sandwich lunch with 1 hot dish
• use of secured WiFi Internet connection

The "All-in" meeting package, for 10 people and upwards, is available for €70 per person per day.
